If Allah helps you, there is none to overcome you. And if He abandons you, then, who is there to help you after that? In Allah the believers should place their trust.(3:160)
Muhammad is not a father of any of your men, but he is a messenger of Allah and the last of the prophets.(33:40)

Jews, Christians & Muslims Views About Prophet Jesus & His Mother

Jews, Christians & Muslims Views About Prophet Jesus & His Mother

Prophet Jesus the son of Mary Peace Be Upon Him is the Second Last Messenger of Allah and the last Messenger from the Children of Israel. He was born without father by the will of Allah and Allah gave him the ability to speak to the people in the cradle and in maturity, this was a clear sign of his Prophethood and the Chastity of his mother Mary Peace Be Upon Her.

What did Jews do with Prophet Jesus & His Mother?

Allah had given the Children of Israel superiority over the people of the world and had also punished them many times due to their sins but they had not learned the lesson and still not learning till now. They have a habit of changing the commandments of Allah that they do not like even though they had killed many of their own Prophets whom they had not liked. Here are some verses from The Holy Quran to better understand ↓

So, woe to those who write the Book with their hands and then say, “This is from Allah”, so that they may gain thereby a trifling price. Then, woe to them for what their hands have written, and woe to them for what they earn. Al Baqara 79

Indeed, We gave Mūsā the Book, and after him We sent messengers, one following the other; and We gave clear signs to ‘Īsā, the son of Maryam (Jesus, the son of Mary), and supported him with the Holy Spirit. Then, how is it that every time a prophet came to you with what does not meet your desires, you grew arrogant? So, you gave the lie to a group (of the messengers) and killed others. Al Baqara 87

Similarly, the Children of Israel did not like Prophet Jesus the son of Mary(PBUH) even though they saw the clear sign of Allah, “A newborn baby speaking like a mature man and testified his mother” still they slandered against the Holy Mary. When Prophet Jesus AS gave the good news of a Prophet coming after him, and He was from the children of Ishmael, they came to kill him. They wanted to kill Jesus the son of Mary AS but Allah saved him and lifted him alive to the sky, he will come back near the end of time. Here are verses from the Quran ↓

Maryam(Mary) 28 to 31

O sister [i.e., descendant] of Aaron, your father was not a man of evil, nor was your mother unchaste.” So she pointed to him. They said, “How can we speak to one who is in the cradle a child?” [Jesus] said, “Indeed, I am the servant of Allāh. He has given me the Scripture and made me a prophet. And He has made me blessed wherever I am and has enjoined upon me prayer and zakāh as long as I remain alive.

An Nisaa 153 to 159

The People of the Scripture ask you to bring down to them a book from the heaven. But they had asked of Moses [even] greater than that and said, “Show us Allāh outright,” so the thunderbolt struck them for their wrongdoing. Then they took the calf [for worship] after clear evidences had come to them, and We pardoned that. And We gave Moses a clear authority.

And We raised over them the mount for [refusal of] their covenant; and We said to them, “Enter the gate bowing humbly”; and We said to them, “Do not transgress on the sabbath”; and We took from them a solemn covenant.

And [We cursed them] for their breaking of the covenant and their disbelief in the signs of Allāh and their killing of the prophets without right and their saying, “Our hearts are wrapped” [i.e., sealed against reception]. Rather, Allāh has sealed them because of their disbelief, so they believe not, except for a few. And [We cursed them] for their disbelief and their saying against Mary a great slander

And [for] their saying, “Indeed, we have killed the Messiah, Jesus the son of Mary, the messenger of Allāh.” And they did not kill him, nor did they crucify him; but [another] was made to resemble him to them. And indeed, those who differ over it are in doubt about it. They have no knowledge of it except the following of assumption. And they did not kill him, for certain.

Rather, Allāh raised him to Himself. And ever is Allāh Exalted in Might and Wise. And there is none from the People of the Scripture but that he will surely believe in him [i.e., Jesus] before his death. And on the Day of Resurrection he will be against them a witness.

What Christians Say About Prophet Jesus & His Mother(PBUH)?

Christians believe Prophet Jesus PBUH is the son of Allah, also they believe in three gods, Allah, Mary, and Jesus PBUH(Na’azobillah) because he was born from only mother without father but Allah has no son, Christians are still unable to understand that this was the will of Allah, He(Allah) can do anything because Allah is the only Owner of Everything. Allah said in the Holy Quran ”Indeed, the example of Jesus to Allāh is like that of Adam. He created him from dust; then He said to him, “Be,” and he was.(Al Imran 59)

Jews denied the Prophethood of Jesus PBUH, only Jesus’s disciples believed in him, disciples worshiped only Allah believed Jesus as only the Messenger of Allah as they learned from Prophet Jesus and after Allāh raised him alive to Himself, Jews made many changes in the Gospel with the help of Romans. Only a few people learned the original Gospel from the disciples that is why the majority of Christians have false beliefs.

An Nisaa 171

O people of the Book, be not excessive in your Faith, and do not say about Allah anything but the truth. The MasīH ‘Īsā, the son of Maryam, is only a Messenger of Allah, and His Word that He had delivered to Maryam, and a spirit from Him. So, believe in Allah and His Messengers. Do not say “Three”. Stop it. That is good for you. Allah is the only One God. He is far too pure to have a son. To Him belongs what is in the heavens and what is in the earth. And Allah is enough to trust in.

Al Maidah 72, 73 And 116 to 120

Surely, disbelievers are those who say, “Allah is the MasīH, son of Maryam” while the MasīH had said, “O children of Isrā’īl , worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord.” In fact, whoever ascribes any partner to Allah, Allah has prohibited for him the Jannah (the Paradise), and his shelter is the Fire, and there will be no supporters for the unjust. Surely, disbelievers are those who say, “Allah is the third of the three” while there is no god but One God. If they do not desist from what they say, a painful punishment shall certainly befall such disbelievers.

And when Allah said, “O ‘Īsā, son of Maryam, did you say to the people: ‘Take me and my mother as gods beside Allah?” He said, “Pure are You, it does not behoove me to say what is not right for me. Had I said it, You would have known it. You know what is in my heart, and I do not know what is in Your’s. You alone have full knowledge of all that is unseen.

I have not said to them anything but what You have ordered me to say, that is, ‘Worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord’ and I was a witness over them as long as I was with them. But when You recalled me, You were the One watching over them. You are a witness over everything. If You should punish them – indeed they are Your servants; but if You forgive them – indeed it is You who is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.”

Allah will say, “This is a day on which the truth of the truthful shall benefit them. For them there are gardens beneath which rivers flow, where they will live forever. Allah is well-pleased with them and they are well-pleased with Him. That is the great achievement. To Allah belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and of whatever lies therein, and He is powerful over everything.

What Muslims Say About Prophet Jesus & His Mother(PBUH)?

A person cannot be a Muslim unless he believes in all the prophets, including the Prophet Jesus the son of Mary PBUH. Muslims love Jesus and his mother PBUH more than their parents and children even though they can sacrifice their lives for the Prophet Jesus because they know he was one of the beloved Messenger of Allah and Muslims believe in the Torah, Psalms, Gospel, and the Quran, also all Scriptures that were revealed to the Prophets and Messengers who came before.

But except for the Holy Quran no one in their original form, many changes had been made to them before the Prophet Muhammad SAW, that is why Allah sent Muhammad SAW as a Prophet, if there were no changes in the Torah there would be no need of Gospel and there were no changes in Gospel there would be no need of the Holy Quran. Allah sent new Prophets if the teachings of the previous Prophets changed. Allah Himself has taken responsibility for the protection of the Holy Quran and its Explanation(Hadith of Prophet Muhammad SAW)

Muslims can only say about the Prophet Jesus and His mother PBUH what the Quran and Hadith say about them. The Quran and Hadith said Jesus was the Messenger of Allah sent to the children of Israel, his mother was the purest and most virtuous woman among all women and Jesus AS will return near the end of time, he will follow the Sharia of Muhammad SAW not his own, he will kill the Dajal(Anti-Chris) and establish the Islamic system in the whole world. Here are some verses of the Quran for better understanding. ↓

Al Imran 42 to 55

And when the angels said: “O Maryam(Mary), Allah has chosen you and purified you and chosen you over the women of all the worlds. O Maryam, stand in devotion to your Lord and prostrate yourself and bow down in Rukū‘ with those who bow.” This is a part of the news of the unseen We reveal to you (O Prophet!). You were not with them when they were casting their pens (to decide) who, from among them, should be the guardian of Maryam, nor were you with them when they were quarrelling.

(Remember the time) when the angels said: “O Maryam, Allah gives you the good news of a Word from Him whose name is MasīH ‘Īsā , the son of Maryam (the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary) a man of status in this world and in the Hereafter, and one of those who are near (to Allah). He shall speak to people while (he is still) in the cradle, and also later, when he is of mature age; and he shall be one of the righteous.” She said: “O my Lord, how shall I have a son while no human has ever touched me?” Said He: “That is how Allah creates what He wills. When He decides a matter, He simply says to it ‘Be’, and it comes to be.

He shall teach him the Book and the Wisdom, and the Torah and the Injīl(Gospel), and (shall make him) a messenger to the Children of Isrā’īl (who will say to them): “I have come to you with a sign from your Lord, that is, I create for you from clay something in the shape of a bird, then I blow in it, and it becomes a living bird by the will of Allah; and I cure the born-blind and the leper, and I cause the dead to become alive by the will of Allah; and I inform you of what you eat and what you store in your homes. In this there is surely a sign for you, if you are (truly) believers.

(I have come to you) confirming that (book) which is (sent down) prior to me, that is, the Torah, and to make permissible for you some of what was prohibited to you. I have come to you with a sign from your Lord. So, fear Allah and obey me. Allah is surely my Lord and your Lord. So, worship Him. This is the straight path.” So, when ‘Īsā sensed disbelief in them, he said: “Who are my helpers in the way of Allah?” The disciples said: “We are helpers of Allah. We believe in Allah; so be our witness that we are Muslims.” “Our Lord, we have believed in what You have revealed, and we have followed the messenger. So, record us with those who bear witness (to the Truth).”

They (the opponents of ‘Īsā) devised a plan, and Allah devised a plan. And Allah is the best of all planners. When Allah said: “O ‘Īsā , I am to take you in full and to raise you towards Myself, and to cleanse you of those who disbelieve, and to place those who follow you above those who disbelieve up to the Day of Doom. Then to Me is your return, whereupon I shall judge between you in that over which you have differed.

Muslims also Follow the Prophet Jesus AS because He gave good news to Prophet Muhammad SAW which is mentioned in both the Quran and the Gospel(Due to many changes is Gospel, may not be exact but still mentioned)

As Saf  6

Remember) when ‘Isa, son of Maryam, said, “O children of Isra’il, I am a messenger of Allah sent towards you, confirming the Torah that is (sent down) before me, and giving you the good news of a messenger who will come after me, whose name will be Ahmad.” But when he came to them with manifest signs, they said, “This is a clear magic.”

This is the prophecy of ‘Isa (A.S) in which he foretold about the advent of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W). A similar prophecy is still available in the Gospel of John (14:16) in a distorted form. It reads as follows: And I will pray the Father, and he will give you another Counselor, to be with you for ever. The original Greek word Periclytos, which means ‘praised one’ and which is the literal translation of Muhammad and Ahmad, was altered to Paracletus, and translated in English as ‘Counselor’. Translated correctly, the prophecy would read: He will give you the praised one (Ahmad) who will be with you for ever. It means that his prophet-hood will not be restricted to any particular age; rather he will be the prophet for all times to come.

Return of Jesus PBUH and End of Dajjal

Here are some Hadith

Sahih Bukhari 3448 ↓

Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah’s Apostle said, By Him in Whose Hands my soul is, surely (Jesus,) the son of Mary will soon descend amongst you and will judge mankind justly (as a Just Ruler); he will break the Cross and kill the pigs and there will be no Jizya (i.e. taxation taken from non Muslims). Money will be in abundance so that nobody will accept it, and a single prostration to Allah (in prayer) will be better than the whole world and whatever is in it. Abu Huraira added If you wish, you can recite (this verse of the Holy Book)

”And there is none Of the people of the Scriptures (Jews and Christians) But must believe in him (i.e Jesus as an Apostle of Allah and a human being) Before his death. And on the Day of Judgment He will be a witness Against them.”(An Nisaa 159)

Sahih Muslim 7373(int 2937)

An-Nawwas b. Sam’an reported that Allah’s Messenger SAW made a mention of the Dajjal one day in the morning. He SAW sometimes described him to be insignificant and sometimes described (his turmoil) as very significant (and we felt) as if he were in the cluster of the date-palm trees. When we went to him (to the Holy Prophet) in the evening and he read (the signs of fear) in our faces, He SAW said:
What is the matter with you? We said: Allah’s Messenger, you made a mention of the Dajjal in the morning (sometimes describing him) to be insignificant and sometimes very important, until we began to think as if he were present in some (near) part of the cluster of the date-palm trees.

Thereupon He SAW said: I harbor fear in regard to you in so many other things besides the Dajjal. If he comes forth while I am among you, I shall contend with him on your behalf, but if he comes forth while I am not amongst you, a man must contend on his own behalf and Allah would take care of every Muslim on my behalf (and safeguard him against his evil). He(Dajjal) would be a young man with twisted, contracted hair, and a blind eye. I compare him to Abd-ul-Uzza b. Qatan. He who amongst you would survive to see him should recite over him the opening verses of Sura Kahf (xviii).

He would appear on the way between Syria and Iraq and would spread mischief right and left. O servant of Allah! adhere (to the path of Truth). We said: Allah’s Messenger, how long would he stay on the earth? He SAW said: For forty days, one day like a year and one day like a month and one day like a week and the rest of the days would be like your days. We said: Allah’s Messenger, would one day’s prayer suffice for the prayers of day equal to one year? Thereupon He SAW said: No, but you must make an estimate of time (and then observe prayer). We said: Allah’s Messenger, how quickly would he walk upon the earth?

Thereupon He SAW said: Like cloud driven by the wind. He would come to the people and invite them(to a wrong religion) and they would affirm their faith in him and respond to him. He would then give command to the sky and there would be rainfall upon the earth and it would grow crops. Then in the evening, their pasturing animals would come to them with their humps very high and their udders full of milk and their flanks stretched. He would then come to another people and invite them. But they would reject him and he would go away from them and there would be drought for them and nothing would be left with them in the form of wealth.

He would then walk through the waste land and say to it: Bring forth your treasures, and the treasures would come out and collect (themselves) before him like the swarm of bees. He would then call a person brimming with youth and strike him with the sword and cut him into two pieces and (make these pieces lie at a distance which is generally) between the archer and his target. He would then call (that young man) and he will come forward laughing with his face gleaming (with happiness) and it would be at this very time that Allah would send Jesus, son of Mary, and he will descend at the white minaret in the eastern side of Damascus wearing two garments lightly dyed with saffron and placing his hands on the wings of two Angels.

When he would lower his head, there would fall beads of perspiration from his head, and when he would raise it up, beads like pearls would scatter from it. Every non-believer who would smell the odor of his self would die and his breath would reach as far as he would be able to see. He would then search for him (Dajjal) until he would catch hold of him at the gate of Ludd and would kill him. Then a people whom Allah had protected would come to Jesus, son of Mary, and he would wipe their faces and would inform them of their ranks in Paradise

Conclusion

Only Muslims follow the exact teachings of Prophet Moses AS and Jesus AS. And Allah wrote all the Commandments with improvements in the Holy Quran that were changed in the Holy Torah and Gospel.
